This concept is pretty cool. I'm waiting to get the money to create it. Would the Knock sensor really cure the Pre-fire problem? That has been one of the things that has held me back from really pursuing the build. As far as the O2 senor problem, as far as I can understand, you have to get some kind of adjuster. If you don't, the ECM will think there isn't enough Gas and will start dumping more in the mix. If you interrupt that signal and adjust it to what the computer wants to see, then you'll be set. My question is could you get a chip that would reset the spark timing and the O2 reading to operate with the Hydrogen booster? Because that would make this easier. I am really excited to possibly be boosting my Gas milage. I miss driving my truck and Gas prices are keeping me from doing that.

Ok guys i am back and recovered and have made great improvements in the hydrogen field. New video to be released this weekend. I have designed and built an EFI Enchaner to over come the computer issue with the truck. I have gave up on flat ss plates and now use a coil that only draws 3- 5 amps and no lose of HHO. I have totally changed the design and these babys work nice. Check out my website www.watergivesmegas.com and view the photos of the new design. I have already sold six. I am currently building one for a 10 cylinder diesel pickup. The EFI Enhancer will be in my store this weekend. Right now my truck is getting a extra 6 gallons a week over what it was without the HHO. thats 36 gallons a month or 430 gallons a year. Not to bad. That is driving 250 miles a week to and from work. Dont use the plates, puts to much strain on the alternator and not much savings. I am very pleased with the performance of my new design. Also carbon disc get used up over time, and use high amps,i would not recommend it

My truck now has 190,000 on it and it runs like a new one. People can't believe the mileage on it and how well it runs. I tried one unit from hydrogen garage and played with every possible plate combination i could think of and never did save much fuel. I have been running my new design since july. Also i don not use KOH lye. I use alittle baking soda 3 teaspoons per gallon, works great and non toxic.
 


















So, the plate generator doesn't work very well? That's alittle Depressing. I just baught the stuff to create one. It's good to see you're better. I had a sergery for a hernia when I was like 5....It was pretty much the best time in my life...I got out of School for a week and got to play with Legos when my bros were are school....Aywho........I'm thinking about making a dual cell set up. Then I'd combine the Gasses with a "bubbler" in the middle. Supposedly you can lower voltage by putting cells in Series with each other. This thread is what has gotten me started on this. Thanks alot. Did you get any gains from using the Plates with out eh Enhancer? I haven't gotten the money saved to buy one yet. I didn't use a water filter housing for mine, I couldn't find a good spot to put the thing. Hopefully it'll work. Either way, good luck.
 






You can build one with ss coils and a enhancer for under $50.00 if you dont care what it looks like. A pickle jar, ss wire, a little plexiglass, a bungee cord or my all time favorite duct tape, a couple of nuts and bolts and some 1/4" vacuum hose. What i found with the plates that the current is more like 30 amps to produce enough hho to make a difference. it was putting to much of a strain on the alternator. The voltage is not the problem its the amps and the heat it creates. Trust me everything works much better at 3-5 amps.
 






How does a stainless steel wire coil produce so much more hydrogen than a large plate with holes for water to pass through? I understand that less surface area will have less current draw. Could you also explain the 2 items on your website with a little more detail? Does one of them replace a PCV valve or work along with it?

Simple, i have learned that i don't need a hugh unit with 3 1/2" wide x 6" long 16 gauge plates drawing 25 amps and getting hot as hell. The system i just described to you is what most people are playing with. I went back to the drawing board and started with a paper clip and a 9 volt battery. It made hydrogen, so i built a full size model, my first problem was it just did not have the pressure behind it like the plates and high amp draw. So i tried putting some air pressure behind it, didn't work. I tried this and that and finally figured out the solution. The new systems are vacuum based with a bubbler that is actived by the vacuum entering the generator. Low and behold i had excellent gas output. The new systems connect to the motor in two locations. Because the vacuum is different at idle and driving. The bubbler actually helps free the HHO from the coils and mixes it up for the motor. The pcv enhancer removes the crude and crap that is unburned by the motor and reintroduces it as a cleaned up fuel. You would be surprized how much it does clean. It is used with the pcv valve on the motor. Like i said in my other post i use a little baking soda in the water, non toxic and helps the output. And no it does not create a vacuum leak or suck water. Also there is 12 feet of ss wire for the coil. The fuel heater helps vaporize the fuel in to the intake instead as a cool liquid. More even combustion.
