My Sport Trac needs a lift

Hello all,

I have been browsing this forum recently and haven't found exactly what I'm looking for so I'm hoping this post will help me.
I'm looking for a few things.
1. What is the best way to lift my 2002 4x4 Sport Trac that is cost effective (relatively cheap)
2. What are some cool additions you added to your sport Trac to make it look better?
3. Is a bull bar or grille guard worth it? The ones I have found say you need to take your tow hooks off. I am NOT ok with that.

I have the aries grill guard on my trac. I was able to keep the tow hooks on. I just mounted them underneath the grill guard

Torsion Twist and Shackles on a Sport Trac.

I'd suggest the add a leaf over shackles for lifting the rear. It's a little cheaper and better for the long term health of your Trac.
