Need a 3rd brake light

Hey this is probably a dumb question and has already been asked 1000 times but im just in need of a quick answer. Is there an After-Market 3rd tail light sold anywhere for a 2003 ford explorer sport

i need the highmount tail light in back on top. backed into garage and it busted. Dealer wants 120 dollars just for the light and housing etc.. if anyone knows where i can get it cheaper that would be amazing thanks

Look for part-outs on here, or craigslist, also try eBay, you could probably even get a nice LED one or something
