Need extra cargo space ???

here's an idea for more storage. this is my 05' limited.

this is rear area with all the third row seat and hardware removed.

here is the new deck lid.
.....and this is the finished project with some of the gear installed.

there still is allot of space in the 3rd row seating footwell, i might hinge the front half later. planning to add extra battery, power inverter, and air compressor, later.
let me know what you guys think.......

it's all custom fabbed,didn't do such a great job on the new carpet, used the factory latch and fit it into the new deck lid. i had the gas shocks left over from this little project of mine
