Need Help 2000 XLT Check Engine Light, Misfire codes

Does any one know what I need to do to fix a cylinder #3 and #5 misfire, along with bank #1 and Bank #2 lean. I need help, I have replaced Plugs and wires. What else could it be. :exp:

have you changed your fuel filter that can cause a lean condition

It is a 4.0 L OHV, V-6

how does it idle when cold ?? if its like crap then check the intake orings. those are the same codes i had also crappy idle and or no idle until i changed the orings.
