need help asap

Hello I have a 97 ford explorer 4.0 sohc jus did a motor swap to it but got a motor fm a early 98 model have everything hooked up jus cant get it to fire. It have spark n fuel jus wont fire seems like its turning over a lil slow but im not sure need help please!!

Check ur inertia switch and the pigtails connected to it

Whats the fuel pressure. A plugged filter may be coincidence. 5 psi would show fuel getting to it... just not enough to run
