So I have a 2015 FPIU, recently I started to smell exhaust in cabin when ac is off, yesterday I found there is a missing piece of seal under the trunk on passenger side, and when I checked driver side, the plastic simply disintegrated and fell into pieces. I duct taped both holes and I don’t smell the exhaust anymore.
Here are the photos of the location of the holes, they are right above the mufflers. Seems like it’s on the metal frame, I checked diagrams on Ford parts website but I did not find anything visually alike. They look like rounded rectangle.
If there is no parts available, are there any tips sealing it? I know duct tape is not ideal, but for now that's the best I can do.
Thanks in advance!

5F9Z74111A74B is the round rectangle body plug that you heat with a heat gun to seal. This one goes over the muffler area

W709993S300 Is the non heat gun style that also seals but isn’t around exhaust fumes.

I just received the part, but it seems not perfectly fit. After I checked the diagram above i think it should be the one marked as <111B24. Do you have the part no for that? Thank you!

Forgot to update. They worked perfectly!

I just never figured out why old ones just break down into pieces. Is it because of the salt on road during winter?

Good to hear!

I’m not sure, that’s what I’m thinking. I’ve seen a few just crumble when touched.
