Need help identifying part

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport, the two steel tubes that run into the top of the radiator from I think the transmission are leaking. I am not sure which part number to look for. Has anyone ran into this?

I think the steel lines are rusted through and leaking. I haven’t pulled the radiator to look at the fittings. I can’t find a replacement part anywhere for the trans cooling tubes.

Any auto parts store will sell universal lines in various lengths. A tubing bender is required to match the angle of the old lines.
