Need new Rims 2007 limited

I have no clue on much more than driving the truck. I do love it though. A week ago I hit a rim in the middle of the road. Insurance (theirs) is paying for the damage. Basically, the two passenger side rims Wheels are bad and I need new tires. The ones that are on mine are $800 each and cant be found. I was thinking to just put 4 new rims wheels and tires on. They are 18 inch. I don't want to decrease the value of my vehicle. Would you suggest sending the 2 bad rims out to be redone or do 4 new rims and if so what kind. I found a set of 4 rims $300 each but they are 20inch and I would need lifts or something in order to use them. It added $600 to the cost. I kinda like the black look. Also tire suggestions? I don't go off road and want a good ride, gas mileage but also want a nice look.
Last of all I had the truck inspected before I purchased. Waste of money. My whole underside is rusted. I would like to fix it because I just had to replace the transmission. it has an engine just a few years old still under warranty.

If it were me, I'd go to the closest tire store and see what they have to offer. They should be able to get the offset and everything else right. You will also need to swap over the TPM sensors from the old rims to the new ones, again a reputable tire shop should be able to take care of that as well.
