- I have looked thru the threads and could not find quite what I needed -
I have a 97 XLT with the 4.0 OHV, I have a set of headers, a Flowmaster and a 2 1/4" custom bent tail pipe I plan on putting on it. What I want to do is remove one of the two cats that are on there. Will this help out with power, milage or sound - or is it not worth the trouble? I live in Fl so emissions and inspections are no problem, but I also dont want it to throw a code. Any help is greatly appreciated!
