The chrome is great... What are your plans, slammed, lifted, no change?

I'd go with the all-chrome since your truck is a dark color, but that's me.

im going to lift it and put 33 inch pro comp tires on it, i was talking to a friend and he told me not to go with chrome wheels because it would slow my truck down because they weigh alot, he said to go with the polished ones http://www.dickcepek.com/images/DC1_WheelLg.jpg but is that true? is it really that much of a difference?

I doubt that it's enough difference in weight to matter. Even if it's a difference of 100 lb for a set of four (I don't know what it is), a Sport Trac weighs like 4800 so it's a drop in the bucket.

im going with the polished ones, they are just as good for only like 150 a piece, and im getting a 16X10 rim

is that flowmasters on ur sport trac or different exhaust and is it just single exhaust or single in and dual out.

i got single in and dual out 40 series flowmasters on my 01 sport.

when i first got my exhaust it was single in dual out with a flowmaster 40 series, but i had the muffler cut off so its just running from the cats back. Sometime in the next month to come when i get my lift and tires im taking it to north carolina to get them to cut some cats off and run true dual's, The muffler place here said i had 4 cats so im gonna get them to just cut 2 off.

i got single in and dual out 40 series flows as well on my sport and i got the stock 4 cats on mine too. I wanna remove 2 of mine as well and eventually get true dual exhaust as well.

Rotational mass if different then regular weight ie weight in your bed. Lighter wheels will allow a vehicle to accelerate much faster and stop much faster. That being said chrome does not weigh that much I would guess at most a few pounds for each wheel.
