need transmission replacement help

maybe I'm just blind, I've been searching the forums for a how to: on transmission replacement.......I have a 2001 Sport, I've got the replacement tranny, and I just wanted a guide to help me out just incase I make a mistake somewhere along the way. I'm about to go and pick up the front and rear seals and the fluid in a few, just looking for a guide or some help

i read it, its a pretty straight forward list but I need one for a 2x4

It's pretty similar. Just skip the part about the transfer case.

diesel_s - Don't forget to replace non-re-usable items like torque converter to flexplate nuts, trans pump bolts (I think), etc..
