- 1997 Explorer Limited AWD
I bought a 1997 Ford Explorer Limited, SOHC V6, with 91K miles on it. It was in pretty good shape but it needed a few things. Some I've fixed, some are left to go.
Fixed at dealer:
Had the dealer replace the cam chain tensioner and find/fix a vacuum line leak.
I fixed:
Replaced bulbs in the dash, Front Blinker, Map Light.
Replace the light switch (Burned out bulb. Bulb was same price as the switch.)
New front Brakes and Rotors.
Still needs fixing:
Fog light switch??
Bracket above the spare tire.
Added:
2" Receiver hitch.
Overall, I'm liking it and hope it stays together for me a while.
