i never understand questions like these. would it be any different then on a 3rd gen, drill your holes install and do some wiring...

Yes it would be different on a 3rd gen. The bumper is a just plastic cover, therefore, there really isn't anywhere to just drill holes and mount the lights. Since it is just thin plastic, they won't hold the lights very well. I have some small, lightweight lights mounted on mine:

My lights are mounted in the area by the license plate. The are very lightweight and are only screwed into the plastic:

I got the impression he was actually asking about your headlight bulbs and not the fog lights.

I have HID 4300K in the headlights but they are blue while warming up then it turns white..

In the fogs I have stock H3 bulbs.

i was talking about the head lights. i was just wondering if u had to retro fit them? and if so how did u accomplish this?

No man I just bought a 9004 HID Kit and it fits bolt on.

im no stranger to fog lights on the bumpers. i've had about four sets on the front of mine so i know how to do them
