Installing it securely to the floor, and also installing the seat belts to the floor making the seat safe, would be very hard. At the least plating would need to be welded into the floor for secure seat belt mount points.
Welcome to this forum! It shouldn't be that difficult if you have the proper tools. Did you find one in a junkyard? Maybe you should have a body shop or a welding shop do it if you don't feel comfortable attempting it.
