when i put 15" rims and tires on my 97 xlt, they had to remove the front bumper ( a guy tbn,d my left front last year) just riveted the fender back and bumper pushed towards tires. I see alot of these tubing bumpers on this site and wondered , can they be purchased? , i would have to find some one with the tools to help me make one. I'v worked in machine shops , i just don,t have "those" kind of tools. Tubing benders, Victor wrench , so forth.
