Just the resets for SYNC. Easy one is hold the radio power button and fast forward at the same time until it restarts. The master reset is under setting in the menu. This one resets any changes you have made to the factory default. i hate truing to remember the changes I've made so I try this as a last resort.

I performed the soft reset, Simultaneously press Audio Power button and Radio Fast Forward (FF) - hold for 5-7 seconds
Now I have the Search, Home and Work buttons on the Navigation screen.
Thanks for the tip!


UPDATE: 2 days and a bunch of key cycles and the nav buttons are still there - looks like it's working just fine now!
