Why have there been so many issues with trying to download updates from our accounts lately? The last time I had to get the update sent to me. This time I'm unable to open it so it will end up being a dealer install. Got no where trying to open it with 7-Zip after I downloaded it. Not exactly a user friendly site.Hey everyone,
Try unzipping with 7-Zip, or another 3rd party program, if you have one installed. Dealers are also able to perform the MFT update to your 2014 or 2015 Explorer if you cannot get the files unzipped.

Do you have Navigation? I don't think it's available if you don't have navigation. It's not available for my Focus w/o navigation.

agree with others, the process is not really user friendly and i can't imagine having to visit the dealer just for an update like this.
i can only imagine if my 70 year old parents needed to perform the update how many problems they would have.
