cleaned the MAF added about a quart of coolant and it seems to be fine now.the idle speed is to low but i can live with that for a while.I was told this could be the ( IAC )idle air control motor/valve.

There is a post sticky I believe on how to clean the AIC on here if not use the search. The search can be your best friend here believe me. Also do a fuel pressure test just to make sure it’s all okay and check for any fuel in the vac line from the fuel pressure regulator (FRP) to the vac tee on the intake

i had that happen on my 94 when it happens next turn the key to the on position and listin for the fuel pump fo engage if it doesnt then you have the same problem i did. under the hood there is a relay box the one marked fulel pump relay is the one too replace there ten bucks from napa so if that is your problem then it is a cheap fix hope it helps
