Newbie Needs Help

Hello all. First post. I am trying to fix up a 1995 Ranger XL that I bought my son for HS graduation. The truck is very basic and I am thinking of trying to make it look better by doing the following. I have plenty of time (laid off), limited knowledge and limited money (see above).

Any ideas as to where to get parts and guidance would be appreciated.

1. Replace or repair vinyl bench seat. What other models/years would work?
2. Replace or repair headliner.
3. Replace rubber floor covering with carpet.
4. Fix drivers side door lock, it locks but will not unlock.
5. Buy decent looking wheels.

For the lock that will not unlock. i had the same issue on my explorer. I took off the door panel and sprayed the door lock actuator with some white lithium grease. Then i grabbed the rubber lock that moves up and down and forced it up and down to work the grease in. Now it works fine. Hope that helps
