I thought we were going to meet up at the same Wawa. Ya can't beat 2 gas stations, lots of room, and a mini food store to buy trail food at.

last time a group of hunters were meeting on the other side of the lot.

Last time it was 8 a.m. and we rolled out at 8:30 - Jason same time?

Although we are primarily an Explorer/Mountaineer club we accept anybody who wants to go regardless of what they drive.

Yea, a little later is fine by me. 9 sounds cool. However, I think before we decide on that same Wawa we need to make calls and make a decision on WHERE exactly we're wheeling. We really don't know what's legal around the Wawa aside from what Ranger Partykiller told us, and I don't remember a word of it except about the NJORVP which is apparently only for bikes and quads, not trucks. I know the trails in Wharton are legal because I had called the ranger station down there, but I'm not sure if they're any fun, and I'm sure it's another "stay on trail" kinda thing down there. We need to find a fun, legal spot before committing on a meeting area, IMO.

from what that lady in the suzuki said, wharton is legal, lots of fun, mud, and huge puddles, and she said she goes everywhere in there, even off the trail

so how much does wharton cost? per person or per truck?

I am under the impression that there is no cost. I could be totally wrong, so some research will have to take place.

I would love to go on this run, however, my truck wont pass inspection yet so I'm out on making the long trip down...

I found this when looking for info on Wharton http://www.pineypower.com/offroading.htm
