no go only reverse

I had a no go issue so I changed the filter and fluid and found that it was burnt took it 4 a drive to day and It onlywanted to engage when revved to 5000 rpm as I headded home it started to slip partialy out of gear and then back in again so I drove it home and parked it one hour later there is no forward and the fluid is full still have reverse any thoughts

Check the gear ranges with a 0-300 PSI gauge.

I am guessing it is rebuild time.
