I lost my horn, all controls on steering wheel and drivers side power locks. Is there a relay for all of this or is it a combination of issues???

If not a fuse, steering wheel controls could be the rotating clock spring switch in the column. Do you have any airbag lights?

No Horn/No Cruise

96EB96,

I don't see that "clock spring" on my Haynes manual. I too, (on my 95 XLT) show the same symtoms. No horn, no cruise control. I heard about this clock spring contact, but looking up on the Haynes and Clymer manuals, there are no views. I am going to open it up anyway since I trust this forum way more than those manuals, but, is the spring available at Ford? What breaks, the spring?

Thanks for the help, sorry for the stupid questions.
