No low wipers

Hey guys, newbie here looking for a quick answer on this one, where is the intermittent wiper module located on my 94, replaced the wiper stick control still no int and low at wiper, checked volts at motor have power at the high speed but no low or int voltage Thanks

the base of the wiper stalk in the steering column.
The relays for the int wiper are built into the arm that controls them.
I am on my 3rd with the BII
dealer, or you might try autozone or used.

Sometimes you can also take the unit apart and clean/refurbish it.
I just swap them out with junk yard donors.
