My drivers side is stuck hot and the passenger side is stuck cold. Two bad actuators or something else?

Yep 👍

Could very well be both actuators, have any way to pull codes on the HVAC system?

Two actuators yep or something else yep?
Yep to the "or".

Look at what you told us about the vehicle. How are we supposed to give you any useful answer when you give us ZERO useful details? 🤔 GIGO

More to go on....
The passenger side started blowing cold a few months ago. I lost control of the drivers side about a week ago.
I ordered aftermarket actuators from Amazon yesterday and they arrived today. I have done the drivers side and it didn't help. Working on the passenger side but it's every bit the PITA the write-ups say it is. Curious if I should bother with it or look for another cause.
I turned the HVAC on with the actuator out in the drivers side and both the old and new one moved.

...look for another cause.
"Another"??? What cause did you look for already? Blindly ordering & replacing parts isn't diagnosis or repair. As you learned, it's usually a waste of time & money.
I turned the HVAC on with the actuator out in the drivers side and both the old and new one moved.
THAT is diagnosis, but it should have been done before buying or even ordering any part. With the actuator out, how hard is it to stop the actuator from moving with your fingers? How hard is it to actuate the air door with your fingers? Is there something blocking the door? Is the door broken off or swinging freely? If you turn the blower on, can you feel the air change when you manually move the door?
