On my '00 Explorer, I am not getting power to the trailer plug (stock), for EITHER turn signal or brake light. The running light pin has power. This unit previously worked fine.

I tracked down the fuses in the pass compartment, one was blown. Replaced this one (both actually) and still no power. Are there any other fuses in this circuit anywhere? Any Schematics anywhere? Anyone have any other suggestions??

Thanks,
Ed

Thanks for the welcome and info guys. Here is a little to answer your Q's.

No not using a test light ... but multi meter instead. the set up is OEM all the way, although I had spliced in a new end connector a couple years back (not the issue, already redid the splices and no power at that point).

I'll look for the schematics and track down the solinoids (sp?). I'd rather check input and output power there first ... as I think most of the wiring behind the interior panels.

Thanks again ... off to search for schematics,

Ed

possible fuse or multifunction switch.. but I would test the circuits with a test light.
