I've been trying to figure out where that noise is coming from. At first i thought it was the tire causing it until I noticed that even during rain and/or snow the pitch of the sound is the same. Could it be my wheel bearings?

I'd start by looking at either the wheel bearings or the universal joints. go under the truck and see if you have any play in your universals. If you find play in them, that's the likely culprit.

is it a rattling noise? if it is, check out the heat shields on your exhaust system. the welds on my shields brok and started to rattle. i just went to the local hardware store and bought two large hose clamps. it fixed the problem, but if has to be tightened every couple weeks.
