You can take it into Advance Auto and get them to read the codes. They have the adapter to check OBDI. I took my 89 GT 5.0 in to get them to read the codes and they did.

I have tried 3 ford dealerships as well as local autozone and advance auto. For some reason neither my OBDI or my OBDII ports will work on a reader. Hence why I have to do it the old fashioned way.
KOEO-Code 116 (ECT sensor out of range)
I'm going to guess and say you probably didn't have the engine warmed up when you ran this test. If this is true then you can disregard this code.
CM-Code 214 (Error in CID circuit or signal)
This indicates a problem with the CMP sensor, however I don't know enough about this particular fault so I'll let someone else come along with more info.
