the pic above we both got stuck in he went rather slow and i went all out 4X4 and bounced side ways in it LMAO.

so here goes why i posted here instead of the off road section. when i was in the soup my belt fell off. i have no skid plate up front since i have no idea whether i should make my own or adapt one to fit.

the only way i knew my belt fell off was when that infamous rather annoying ford ding went off and the the digital odometer said check guages. i pegged the temp and luckly had no damage done.

has anyone ever had this happen? and if you did whats the remedy cause this is definitely a first for me and i would rather enjoy not wadding in water up to my knees fishing for a belt.

and on a tangent who knows where i can find a fuel tank skid, and skids to cover back to the transfer case cross member?

I don't think anyone makes a gas tank skid for the ST but if I remember correctly I think someone on here fairly recently modified one from a ranger to fit.

Mine has a gas tank skid with a ford logo on it... got it that way from the dealer lot... tomorrow when I get back from the Indy 500 I'll try and pull a part number for you
