So last saturday I had my oil changed at a precision tune auto. I have been going there for years never any problems. I have even brought the 2006 Explorer there before. So they reset the oil change light. and as I was driving yesterday it came back on again. I went through the menu and it said it was at 100% also. And I cant get the light to reset. I will be going to Ford dealer tonight to see if they can get it off. has anybody else had this problem yet?

Thanks

I am having the same problem right now, I changed my oil at 3000 miles, now I have 4200 miles and the light comes on everytime I start the engine. I checked the oil and it is full and new. Update me with the info from the dealership if you will. I am new to this sight today. I am trying to find info on how to stop mine from cutting off at 99mph.

Did you change the oil yourself? When I took it to the dealership it took them all of 2 minutes and some high school kid to do it. after the percentage was reset to 100% there was also an option to reset if oil was changed also. What I came across was they just did the percentage where i took it too. needless to say it was an easy fix.
