Uhm.. because of the dirt that's kicked up everywhere.. specially since all the snow is melting.. all of it is gonna look brown..
I'll keep an eye on it though, would it be safe to take a pressure washer n hose that bottom area?
A pressure washer should be safe for most people, but I don't know with your luck. I usually just use a garden hose with its nozzle on its hardest setting to rinse off the engine cleaner. Even if you decide to use the pressure washer, spray on the engine cleaner solvent first. It'll get rid of most of the petroleum based grime under there.
And like Kyle said, throw something under the truck overnight to see if anything other than water drips. If you don't have a wide bucket, use a big piece of cardboard.
