wow. Can't say anything else.

The snapped several straps during the extraction.. That was some thick mud!

that is one kickass limo they got there, although i bet the break over clearance sucks....and that jeep was stuck good!

The dude in the video claims its a jeep. But it looks like a Nissan pathfinder to me.

Nissan pathfinders don't have v8s. That was definitely a jeep.

Your right. When he is driving around being an idiot it clearly shows its a Jeep grand Cherokee.:D

I think that Caddy limo is sittin' on an F-350 chassis. Driver side drop pumpkin is a sure give away. Older Chevys and Dodges were all passenger side drop, I think...

Gotta love our oHIo mud. Lots of swampland like that here, especially in the North near the lake.

Lots of crazy monster vehicles like that around here too, I've seen mustangs, caddies, camodes, elcamino's, elrancheros etc all up on truck chassis like that.

that was ridiculous. I wouldn't be suprised if his control arms/mounts on the rear axle are tweaked after that. watch the rear tires flex forward when they are tugging from the rear of the Cherokee. how many mounts and straps did they go through. before finally digging it out.
about 2mounts and 3 straps and 2 chains.
also why didn't they user a high lift with a board under it on the passenger side to get it out of the bog.

cool vid though

That is a cool grand cherokee. It sounds beastly

That's also a perfect illustration of why NOT to use open tow hooks, and where NOT to stand when video taping a vehicle recovery. Had he actually used a real shackle in the hitch instead of the cheesy tow hook, it probably could have been extracted to the rear right from the start.

Cool vid though... I HATE Ohio mud. I still have it packed up under my truck from '01.
