Try cleaning your Mass Air Flow sensor. That in itself, along with ensuring that your air filter is clean, will making a world of difference in how your engine runs. Remove it and spray liberally with a good carburetor cleaner that is indicated safe for catalytic converters. Ensure that all is completely dry before reassembly and make sure all connections are secure beofre starting the engine. Disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes will help the computer to relearn the engine operation.

You might want to check the shift key on your keyboard, it appears you are having difficulty with it as well.

Smart A$$ comments won't be tolerated on this board. If you want to be a d-bag, go to pirate4x4.

There are a lot of thing that could be wrong. So your going to have to narrow it down.

First get an Inductive Timing Light, and check to make sure that the crank position sensor is in the correct position. If the engine is in time then take the Light and connect to each of the spark plug wires, make sure all of the plugs are firing consistently. If they are not then you have an electrical problem.

My next step would be to run some fuel injector cleaner through, If that doesn't help (which I don't think it will). Pull the injectors and clean them.

Good Luck

I thought it was funny and appropriate.

Back on subject, check your vacuum tree. I had a critter under my hood the other day and besides tearing out a lot of hood liner he took off with an end cap from the vacuum tree. The old girl did not want to run hardly at all. When I saw the end cap was off I put my finger over the open end and she started running great.

try running some seafoam through it, i know it won't completely fix the problem it could help though, how is your idle? you could clean the iac
i would definitely clean the maf though, you should also see how dirty your throttle is, you might need a new tps
