Passenger Front Seat Belt Twisted?

I was curious if any of you can share your experience with your passenger front seat seat belt. I never really noticed but it seems mine is just twisted. The buckle seems to be facing the correct way but no matter how I try to untwist it, it just can't get to a normal position like my driver's side belt.

Can it be readjusted from the factory mounting somewhere? Are they all suppose to be that way? Anyone have pics of the correct way it's suppose to look (warning label in/out etc)? I bought this Explorer 2 1/2 years ago so I don't know if the previous owner ever reassembled the seat belt or anything for whatever reason. Is this perhaps normal?

I don't know if this will solve your issue, but if you move the seat forward, there us a mounted bolt at the bottom of the pillar trim with the bottom of the belt attached. It requires a Torx bit to fit in. Remove the bolt and you can un-twist the belt.

I'm guessing the belt assembly has never been disconnected. Most of the time the belt itself gets twisted as it retracts up the D-ring. I just pull the belt partway out on the inboard side of the belt and "fold" the belt and pull on the belt slack from the outboard side and allow the fold to pass thru the D-ring. The direction of the fold will depend on which direction the buckle needs to point. D-ring is behind the post trim where the shoulder belt retracts into. You do not need to remove trim. Fish the belt out of the post and use screwdriver to stop it from falling back into post, this way you can grab the outboard to pull.
