Ok so I think my front passenger window motor went out yesterday. The other 3 windows go up and down fine but this one dosent do anything. On the passenger side, you can lock and unlock the doors but the window still dosent work. I checked for any blown fuses this morning and didnt see any. I took the door panel off earlier to see how hard a motor would be to change. Anyone got any ideas of what it could be and how hard it is to replace?

Use a test light and make sure you are getting power to the motor. If not, it may be the switch.

I thought it could have been the switch also but the switch still locks and unlocks the doors

All of the window switches, interchange (except the driver's frt)............so, if you think it's a switch..........just grab one from another door to test.

The door lock switches on the other hand, are made specificly for left or right front.

Aloha, Mark
