I have a stock 95 explorer sport 4.0 with 4wd. Have had intermittent issues with the engine cranking but not starting. The last time I drove it, I stopped for gas and when I tried to crank it to leave it would only turn over. Recently replaced plugs, wires, fuel filter and air filter. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a fuel pump to me!

Sounds like a fuel pump to me also,
There should be a valve on the fuel rail you can check to see if you have any pressure.

Check the fuel pump inertia cut off switch. It is a reset type breaker with a red button near the passenger side foot area up in the corner-

Also if you have no fuel pressure, try swapping out your fuel pump relay.

Very possibly time for a fuel pump, but swap the FP relay and inertia switch connections first.

My Dad always says "check the cheap and easy stuff first".
