Hello,
I'm Bob from Long Beach, CA. I found this site while looking for a possible electrical fix for my 2001 Explorer Sport. The problem was I kept blowing the fuse that powers the Backup Lights, Rear Defroster, Overdrive and one of the 2 cigar lighters. One of your threads lead me straight to the fix. I took pictures of the fix, but do not know how to post them so others can do the fix themselves. I went to the junk yard yesterday and for curiosity found 3 explorers there that had this same bare wire problem, BUT their owners did not fix it, because they had not visited this site... If anyone wants these pictures, Email me at: kd6hyy@yahoo.com Thanks again BOB
