I have read every thread about finding the code for the keyless entry i looked threw the defrost and there was a little white sticker with some letters in big bold print and some numbers above that in a smaller font.

Is this the code for it ? it has a here is the numbers 71765-2142 i have no clue i dont see any other stickers with numbers

I thought the sticker was on the computer ECM but maybe on your '01 it's different.

2001-2005 it's on the REMOTE KEYLESS/ANTI-THEFT module behind the airbag. The blurred out number is the code.
