Im looking for lowering keys for a 96 explorer ..

Yes, just don't believe what's quoted. ANY method of height change put's suspension parts at non stock angles, especially ball joints.

These cams do not cause any accelerated front end wear.

I had flipped my stock keys before buying the drop keys. There isn't a big difference in height from the flipped key, but the proper fit of the adjustment bolt in the key is worth the cost of the new keys. I didn't like how the flipped key fit with the bolts, so I bought the new drop keys, also knowing I was pulling all the parts out anyway to replace the torsion bars etc.
