- No Mounty no more.
There are three or four screws in the cover that you will need to remove.
It will also be a big help if you unbolt the seat so you can get to the connector which is about 1/3 the way up from the rear of the seat.
You can access it with out unbolting the seat. I did it this way but it was a biatch.

before removing the switch--
try some wd 40 sprayed right into it. Let it soak in and give it another spray. Then move the switch all around.
Saved mine.
Wd40 is a good contact cleaner.
