Problem with rear view mirror

Ok, so my rear view mirror vibrates when i drive, i already took it off and checked to make sure everything was tight and in place on it. It looks like the bottom part of the mirror needs to be glued to the glass or something. Im not sure, does the whole backside of your mirror touch the glass? I have a 95' X Sport.

Yes, the whole surface has to be glued to the windshield. Most auto stores sell a repair kit for it. Just follow the instructions.
