Quad Seating Swap for Triple

Has anyone ever done this? I just picked up a 2004 Eddie Bauer Explorer with the tan two-tone leather seats.

In looking at it, I wonder if it's as simple as taking out the center console and placing a seat in?

Thoughts? Experiences?

i got the quad. I took out the center console to make it like a walk through. Dog sits there now. I thought someone had or they went the other way. Seatbelt brackets was an issue, need to get those. I far as i remember the seat/belts mount in the holes for the console. Your best bet is find a junkyard one and take a look . . .before you go it might be worth it to take yours apart to get an idea of what you need.
