Question for Cory

Hi Cory,

Well I am about to move out of state and want to ensure I continue to receive all information or updates and certainly don't want to miss out on that thumb drive that Ford will send out during the first Quarter of 2012 to finally update the MFT.

So my question is...Is there a master site where I can go to in order to update my new home address so that all the correspondances I recieve from Ford, SYNC, or Ford Media follows me throughout where ever the Military may send me?

Thanks and I'm sure this will also help out those who move frequently as well.

No, there isn’t a “master site” to update your address. An easy way would be to call the Customer Relationship Center @ 1-800-392-3673 and have an agent update your address. You can also drop me a line via PM and I’ll be happy to change it for you!

Be sure to enjoy your turkey/ham but don’t overdo it!
