Question for FORD IVT TEAM

I think the hope was they'd remove a large enough number of user complaints with the last update that they could move on and start working on MY2013. Unfortunately, I don't think they can, with probably 100K of these on order, they are going to have a much larger problem then they did with MY2011.

I'm not sure how many sold of the 2011's, but it wasn't an all out production year. If they don't get this fixed, it could be a much bigger problem for Ford this year.

I'm interested in how many '11's were built as well. The highest serial number I have seen was in the 93000 range.

Do you recognize customer feedback like the MFT bug thread on this forum?

It appears that some of the bugs we reported did not get addressed in the 2.11 software release.

Please let us know so we can continue to report bugs on this forum, use another reporting form if you prefer that, or stop altogether.

Thanks Rebecca, glad you are still around. When can we expect to hear some news on the MFT issues stated in the thread mentioned above? Can we also expect to get some answers on the navigation system threads?

I would just like to hear Ford say that they are going to fix these problems for us.
