Hello All:
Just purchased a Audiovox XM Radio, and various parts to make it all work. Looking for a place to put it, I wanted to see if there was room in the sub enclosure on the rear passenger side of my 2002 Explorer. But for the life of me, I can't get the panel to come off. Has anyone removed it and knows the trick?
Its doesn't have xmas tree or metal clips on it.. as far as I can tell it has plastic tabs, but putting a lot of force on it with flathead and puttty knife, all I manged to do is tear the panel's cover a bit (split). There has to be a secret, who knows it?
Thanks for the help!
Btw, install is an Antenna specialists glass mount antenna, a PIE adapter, and Ground Loop Isolator, and the afore mentioned Audiovox unit.
