RABS bleeding problem :-(

1992 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4x4 with RABS only.....1) If the RABS is stuck in the "Open/Dump" position, How can I got the air out?.....2) WHAT is that "Bolt/Locknut" for?????.....3) Can I "unstick it?

Please help me...........

Welcome to this forum! The RABS should be capable of being bled the same way like ordinary brakes.
