Radiator Drain Pluf? (2001 F-150)

On my dad's 2001 F150 4.6L we are doing a coolant flush and we need to know how exactly to get the radiator drain plug out? Anyone Know?

Im not sure what your asking, but if i remember correctly they are reverse threaded if that helps.
