There have been many radiator fan issues posted here lately, with regard to cracks on the stock plastic radiator fan. When doing my water pump change, I noticed them on mine as well, but I inspected the fan, pulled at it, etc and it all seemed very solid. My old truck is going on 20 years old now, I don't expect it to all be perfect. My question is, is there any risk to not changing it, and has anyone here experienced the fan failing due to these stress cracks?
