I just changed mine last weekend and I used 7/16 grade 5 bolts:D

HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THE LARGE NUT OFF?
I JUST CHECKED MINE AND I HAVE ABOUT 2" OF PLAY
IN MY RADIUS ARM.

I JUST CHANGED MINE TODAY AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 2 - 2.5 HOURS. I FOUND GRINDING THE RIVETS OFF EASY BY GRINDING MOST BY 4" GRINDER AN THEN USING A DIEGRINDER WITH CARBIDE TIP AND IT CUT IT LIKE BUTTER.CHANGING THE BUSHING MADE THE WORLD OF DIFFERANCE.MY STEERING IS TIGHTER AND SLIM TO NO PULL TO RIGHT.I HAVE LESS VIBRATION AT 65 MPH.I THINK I STILL NEED TO GET TIRE REBALANCED.BUT OVER ALL MAJOR DIFFERANCE.THANKS TO ALL INFORMATION I READ FROM YOU GUYS ON THIS SITE.
