Rattles

I have a couple rattles that are driving me absolutely crazy.

The passenger seat seems to be loose. Not the bolts, but the actual metal parts of the seat itself.

The passenger door panel. I've had it off twice trying to repair, it seems to be the armrest rattling in the panel.

Anyone have a fix for one or both of these?

If all else fails some double-sided foam tape might help with the armrest. Does it have some plastic friction tabs holding it on? I wonder if one broke and is floating around loose.

I notice some play in my passenger seat but not enough that it rattles yet. You might try forcing some really thick grease in the hinges if that's where the play is, or maybe there are other bolts besides the ones on the floor, or you could re-compress a rivet, or a weld broke, or drill out a loose rivet and use a bolt.
